DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

When you want to cancel an order, you can cancel it by e-mail to the info@jcmlondon.com with number of the order and your cancellation request. If your order is in "Shipped" you can return your order, not cancel.

After your order has been canceled, your bank will be instructed for a refund. Depending on your bank, the product price will be transferred to your credit card within 1-10 business days following the instruction.

RETURN

You can return your product within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Product must be returned as received. Refunds are not accepted for products that are used or damaged after delivery, cannot be purchased by another customer, and purchases that invoice date exceeds 30 days.
